    An excellent resource, both text and online learning!

    The text of this Instructional Kit is well organized, easy to understand, and is packed with great graphics that make the concepts much more fun and interesting. The focus on test questions is a plus. Pay no attention to the reviewer who had problems accessing the online modules; I was up and running online in about ten minutes. The online modules are surprising well authored, and navigation is easy. I found it easy to pause to take notes and rewind to review any part of the presentation. The value is well worth the price!

    Using to prepare for ITIL Foundations Exam

    My company purchased a very expensive ITIL course for Computer Based Training. The $$$ course was horrendous and extremely confusing. So I set to find something better. This is it. Clear, concise, and easy to follow. I'm known as someone who hates computer based training, that is because it is often done so poorly. This is a great example of how to do it right withing the limitations of the media.

    Well Done. I recommend this to anyone who is preparing for ITIL Foundations exam!

    Great Book for ITIL Certification

    I received this book yesterday and began to read it. Not only is it intuitive but the great detail it gives in assisting you passing the test is a great addition. Test questions included as well as an online e-learning makes it a great book to have. Great Flash presentations and real world scenarios.

    The ONLY reason I gave it a 4 star is because I have not taken the test yet. Once I study and pass this test, this will then be a 5 star guaranteed.

    A fast way to get ITIL Foundation certified!

    I bought this book because I needed to quickly obtain the ITIL V3 Foundation certification, even though I have had several years of exposure to IT service management and therefore was already familiar with a variety of the various ITIL components. I read the book cover-to-cover within a week, registered for the online exam a few days later and passed it at the first attempt. This book does an excellent job of introducing the reader to the subject, presenting the entire framework in a very structured manner, and preparing me for the exam. It is written in clear and precise language and easy to understand. This book is an excellent exam preparation for someone who plans to obtain the ITIL Foundation certification, but I would also recommend it for anyone who wants to just obtain an introduction to the ITIL framework. The online material is easy to access, but I did not use it because the book is already very comprehensive.

    All you need to know to prepare for certification is right here

    After working with and around ITIL for many years, I decided it was time for formal certification and began my quest for an ITIL MASTERS;
    My search of available online courses and books lead me to this kit; it was just what I needed to quick start the process. Read the book and did the class over the weekend and aced the test on the Tuesday after. Definitely recommend...Thanks

    Rip-off

    I ordered and received the book. It's fine, however, it is supposed to include an online component. After following the instructions to register, I received...no response whatsoever from the company. Don't waste your money.
