Thank you for those who have purchased my book or will purchase my book. Please note<BR/>Error on my pork recipes I have the cooking temperature as 145-155 however should be the meat registers 150 -155 degrees on a meat thermometer <BR/><BR/>Very important- Remove the roast from the oven and cover the meat with tin foil and let it rest for about 10- 15 minutes before slicing it. The temperature of the roast will continue to rise about another 5 to 10 degrees. Total desired cooking temperature is 160 degrees.
