Overview

In the dim swampland of his mind Boris has always dreamed of working with fast food. And if spotty, squealing Pannager the Manager thinks he can stop him, he has another rather horrible thing coming ...

Equal parts gory and humorously grotty, at 895 words It's All About the Love is part of a suite of short science fiction, urban fantasy and horror stories by BP Gregory, each its own little maelstrom of human suffering and longing. It first appeared in 2004 in G Wells Taylor's experimental Ezine The Wildclown Chronicle, to great acclaim and some vomiting. Includes disquieting (adult) themes.

You can enjoy It's All About the Love alone or as part of Cacophony: Collected Short Stories Volume One, which is also available in print.

If you fancy something longer and meatier by this author crack open the terrified sunless world of chilling new science fiction/horror novel Outermen. Should post-apocalyptic laughs be your thing spend some time in the ruined outback with BP Gregory's second novel, Automatons. Or dare the cool, introspective horror of early novelette Only Skin, for lovers of the truly grotesque only.
