Dee Ann Turner is Vice President, Enterprise Social Responsibility, for Chick–fil-A, Inc. She has been with the company for over three decades. She previously served as the Vice President, Talent and Vice President, Human Resources for Chick-fil-A. Her first book, It’s My Pleasure: The Impact of Extraordinary Talent and a Compelling Culture, reveals the secret sauce behind building and growing Chick-fil-A’s revolutionary business model. Turner believes that talent offers a competitive advantage in any organization. Companies that recognize the value of individuals can grow extraordinary businesses and have long-lasting influence and impact on the people and communities they serve.

Additionally, she serves on the board of the Lubbock Christian University Business School and Board of Advisors, First Care Clinics.
