TOMMY SPAULDING founded the Leader’s Challenge (the largest high school civic and leadership program in Colorado) and was the CEO of Up With People, one of the largest leadership nonprofit organizations in the world. He is the founder and CEO of Spaulding Companies, a consulting firm based out of Denver. He lives in the Denver metropolitan area with his wife and family.

    Spaulding hits a home run!

    Must Read: Inspirational, Motivational, Authentic & Challenging!!

    I have read this book and must say that I have been inspired and challenged. The style of writing produces the feeling that you are sitting with "Tommy" having a conversation over coffee. I felt as though his life experiences and lessons learned were written in a way that hit home in way that I haven't experienced in years. You will have a hard time putting this book down.

    My copy of "It's Not Just Who You Know" is "dog-eared" and "marked up" on nearly every page. I was challenged personally but also have great material to take back to the team that I lead. This is a must read that I believe will be a classic that is re-read often. I look forward to see the many ways that Tommy Spaulding's message will impact our culture!

    An amazing book! a must read for anyone who has been touched by someone in their lives! Very inspiring!

    This book was so well written! My husband and I have been moved by this book in so many ways!

    This book's a great motivator!

    This book will give you a better perspective, or confirm yours, if you already have one that prioritizes building all the relationships in your life. It's a fun, easy, captivating read that you'll want to share with not only your team at the office, but with everyone you know.
