Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher
"If you love crocheted toys and you're looking for some quick and easy patterns to keep you entertained this weekend, then you're going to love Itty Bitty Crocheted Critters. With a great assortment of patterns to select from, this book is great for animal lovers of all kinds, and a fun way to create a sweet and meaningful gift for kids and adults alike!"—FaveCrafts

"From the first moment I saw these little critters I fell in love. Small, like uber tiny, they wormed their way into my heart. Easy instructions that left no question in my mind whatsoever, cute pics, small projects perfect for learning and an assortment of critters to warm your heart this book is perfect for anyone who loves to crochet. Even if you are just learning amigurumi, you can do these designs. One tiny hook. A couple of DMC floss pieces and you can rock this book." —Bookgirl Knitting, An Eclectic Book Blog

"Now I am only reasonably new to crochet. I mean I HAVE been trying for years, but I've only just gotten the hang of it recently and something I've always wanted to try was some amigurumi and well this book might just make me do it. Not only is it filled with some super cute patterns, but it also has some great step by step instructions with some very clear pictures on simple crochet stitches but also increasing/decreasing etc." —And Sew We Craft

"If you know a crocheter who wants to travel to a new level of boss-ness, here's a fun book for that purpose. Erin Clark's Itty Bitty Crocheted Critters is all about cute animals" — CraftyPod

"There are many books dedicated to the amigurumi which you can find on the market, Erin Clark's Itty Bitty Crocheted Critters, is a collection of crocheted animals in miniature, detail and care of every aspect making it a highly recommended book." — Angiegurumi Blog

"This magnificent book is chock full of patterns of adorable animals." — More is Merrier

"These cute little crocheted animals make great collectors items and look great in miniature scenes or just as a cute decoration." — Suzy's Artsy-Craftsy Sitcom

"There's a nice variety of animal designs, all or most of which could appeal to children (or kids-at-heart) of both genders. I particularly love it that the boys are not neglected here. I think little boys might like any of these patterns, but how could they resist a tarantula, an alligator, a lizard and some snails? The camel and the narwhal are pretty cool too.

If you have young sons or grandsons, you're likely to find something fun to crochet for them in this book. You're just as likely to find something fun to make for your daughters and granddaughters. I think some of the patterns are cute (without being overly ('cutesie'). Some, like the alligator, are appealing, but not what I'd necessarily call 'cute'—a good mix of boy-friendly / girl-friendly, overall."— About.com Crochet
