This was a great look into the family dynamic of the girls which you didn't get to much in the first books. It had sad moments you had to get passed in order to tell the story right that I loved. To bad this is the end of series

I was gifted this book by the author. OMG!!! This book was absolutely stunning. I loved how everything came together in this book. Willow and her pack have to fight for their lives in this book. This by far is one of the best werewolf series that I have read. This is a must read for everyone who loves werewolves like I do. Great Job Amy!!!

*I stepped into the elevator and descended down. The doo opened and I stepped out, then a hand grabbed me from behind. I bit my attacker's finger and he yelled out giving me a chance to call out for help* "Shamal! Help! Shamal, help me!" *I turned to catch a glimpse of him and say a bald man with a beard as thick as carpet. He wore a black t-shirt,dark blue jeans, black boots, and had a scorpion tattoo on his neck. I tried to run but was grabbed again, until Shamal tackled the man from the left. I dropped to the ground and fled for my life. I frantically looked around for help but only saw other people running or wheeling farther away from the hospital. A hand lightly touched my shoulder and punched Shamal right in the face* 'Ow! What was that for?' "You scared me. I thought it was that scorpion man again.." 'Nah, you're safe. Let's head over to that yellow camaro." *I nodded and followed him to the car. We got in and drove off onto a deserted highway. Hours passed and I silently looked out the window at the desert plains.* 'You okay?' Shamal asked. "Yeah." I replied. *Shamal watched me for awhile then looked back at the road ahead of us.* 'Sorry about the scorpion dude. He was just a crazy patient in the hospital.' Shamal said. "A crazy mucular bald dide in a hospital? I'm not an idiot." I say sternly. *Shamal didn't say a word.*
Hours Later
"Is that McDonald's?" I asked curiously. 'Yeah.' says Shamal. " It looks rundowned..an old decaying Mickey D's.." I say quietly. *he pulled up to the plave and parked his car and got out. I followed closely behind him and he clicked the lock button on his keys three times. The ground underneath the camaro vanished with the car ans was replaced with old and rusted vans.* "Where-" 'It's undergroud. You'll see.' *we walked into the McDonald's and I heard the soun of someone sweeping. I looked around and saw a janitor that looked like he was in his mid 40's and he wore a navy blue jumpsuit with a matching cap.*
