Got the book, checked the first couple of chapters to that the book is in a good shape. After two weeks we got to chapter 5 in class but my book had only chapter 4 and then 11. The material that we are supposed to cover in class is chapters 1 to 11 so basically I don't have 50% of the material in the book that was sent to me. Luckily (21 days haven't passed since I got the book) customer service representative told me that I can sent the book back and get a full refund but if I want a new book I will have to re-order it well - that's totally not good customer service in my opinion.  1. You should check the books that you send to your customers. 2. If you made a mistake and sanded a damaged book you should send a new one even before you get the old back. 3. And yes saying sorry is nice and all but I'm in the middle of my summer semester working a full time job and I really don't need to handle finding a new book right now.  Hope you'll read this and improve your customer service for your next customer.
