    Great gift

One of the first 'real' cookbooks I ever owned. It was given to me as a gift. I have since collected more than 75 great cook books, but this is one of my favorites. When looking for something special, I look through several different books, and more often than not come back to Jacques. These recipies are exciting as well as understandable. I have cooked many complex meals; but the recipies in this book only taste complex, they are fun to do.
