I can't speak to the recipes as I didn't try them. The reason I didn't try them is because 1) the presentation of the book was a turnoff. It is as if someone ran off photocopies on very thin paper and bound the book with a nice cover. There are no pictures illustrating any of the dishes except for the pages that divide the sections (chicken, beef, seafood, etc.). And even those pages are black and white. And not nice b/w photography, but a photo that is blurry/smudged because it was run through a very old/bad photocopier. 2) this book did not contain any dessert recipes. Therefore it is incomplete. 3) I realized that if I am looking for a specific recipe, I can go to their site and get it for free.
This cook book is so awesome - great jerk chicken receipes.
