    Wonderful Stories!

My children have loved these beautifully illustrated animal stories for years & now they are all together. James Herriot is one of my favorite authors & his children's stories are the best. They leave you with a good feeling.

    Splendid child's gift

A splendid gift for any child who loves animals. THe "joyful and heart-warming" stories of a Yorkshire vet are complemented by wonderful illustrations. This book is great for bedtime reading -- the stories are comforting and short.
