Great buy! The recipes are simple, yet delicious. All the recipes are vegetarian/vegan, however, one could easily substitute in beef or pork into them. There is even a sentence or two next to each recipe that explains something about it, like what it is or the history behind it. Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to cook tasty Japanese food effortlessly.
