This enjoyable album of freshly interpreted old-fashioned music is recommended for festive food preparation, backyard barbecues, long distance back road driving, and marathon housework. Under no circumstances should it be confused with Jazz New Orleans Style, a fine collection of historic New Orleans jazz recordings dating from the years 1918-1932. In truth, the two albums complement each other well.
