Jazzmasters: The Greatest Hits

( 6 )

Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - Campbell
Jazzmasters is essentially British composer and multi-instrumentalist Paul Hardcastle backed up by the occasional studio musician or vocalist. Since 1991 his Jazzmasters releases have provided several successful smooth jazz hits combined with an occasional danceable edge. While Hardcastle handles the majority of the instruments on these 14 tracks, including guitar, keyboards, and drum programming, Helen Rogers joins him on vocals along with Phil Todd and Chris "Snake" Davis on saxophones. This isn't for jazz purists, but is a good place to sample Hardcastle's jazz fusion/pop talents.

Hardcastle comes through again . I wish he would work 48 hours a day creating more of these sounds...

    Words can not describe!

Words can not describe how awesome Pauls music is. His music goes right through me, and I am just amazed that something can sound so good. It's great, never heard better.

    Clean and Flowing!!!~

What a lovely way to hop into summer. I selected this Paul Hardcastle CD for my Music Lovers Group for summer listening. Its jazzy, clean, casual, t-shirt and jeans music, with all the trimmimgs of fine style too. Younger and more mature music lovers will share the exquisite grace that evolves with this CD. So, kick back, take a road trip out to the country and raise the roof a bit this summer with this selection. Oh and one more thing... remember to 'feel the breeze'...

    Smooth and Groovin!

This is a great album by Paul Hardcastle. I love the refreashing jazzy vibe backing to these tracks. My favorite on this album is Peace on Earth. Jazzmasters is perfect for any occation. This album offers a great collection of some of Paul and the Jazz Master's greatest! Really enjoyed this album !
