    A useful basic reference book

    I got this little book after a friend recommend it to me.
    I have been doing a little home canning for the last 10 years and yet found some interesting information in that book.
    The recipes, include at the end, are all very basic ones but they are clearly explain and easy to make.
    For a free book, this one gives a lot to the reader.

    Highly Recommend this book

    I really loved this book was filled with all kinds of tips and recipes. I would recommend this of the ones who are canning at home or for the first timers.

    Good info not so good recipes

    I canned tomatoes this past weekend using this book processing time called for 85 minutes! I thought that was excessive but i did it anyway. I broke one jar of tomatoes and then found that you dont have to boil them that long

    Not so highly recommended

    This author has problem with grammar. I stopped reading at one point because of the problems with the grammar. If you are serious about learning to can, I would suggest that you look for another book with better instructions and grammar.
