Meet the Author

Michael J. Scott has been an ordained minister since 1991. He started writing fiction around age 10. His first novel, The Lost Scrolls, was published by Ellechor Publishing House and became available in July 2012. His recent publishing efforts include the political thrillers Jefferson's Road: The Spirit of Resistance and Jefferson's Road: Patriots and Tyrants, the suspense thriller Spilled Milk, The Coppersmith, a psychothriller, and a fantasy thriller called Eye of Darkness: Book One of the Dragon's Eye Cycle.Michael is currently working on Topheth, a sequel to The Coppersmith, and the next installment of the Jefferson's Road series, The Tree of Liberty.Michael grew up near Rochester, New York, where he lives with his wife and three children.

    Excellent debate about where our country is headed and what some

    Excellent debate about where our country is headed and what some people are willing to do about it. Brings our country's history and
    heroes into today's issues. Are they any different? Are we the people any different?  Talk around the kitchen table is put into action
     that you just have to keep reading to find out where it leads the characters of this story.
