A Must Read for Everyone even those not involve in selling.

This book and other Jeffrey Gitomer's books are great books to read. They are enjoyable and very truthful and bold. I love how the author highlights, and points out the common mistakes every seller does. This book is a treasure in my opinion that does not only teaches but also cares. Thank you Mr. J. Gitomer.
