Overview

What lengths are you willing to go to for truth and vengeance?

In a world where vampires, mages and werewolves live hidden in plain sight among the human population, three people are swept into the machinations of Omaha's most powerful vampires.

Lilith is a bodyguard for a formidable vampire who has given her everything she needs, but her heart thirsts for vengeance against the man who took advantage of her as a teenage runaway. The vampire Jeremy is dragged against his will into the dark world of power struggles amongst his own kind, where he must protect himself at all costs. Natalie is focused on completing her degree and never guessed it would lead to the tragic death of the man she loves. Caught between two worlds, Natalie must work alone to find the murderers and avenge his death.

Will Lilith, Jeremy and Natalie find the answers they need, or will they end up ensnared in situations they may not survive?

Editorial Reviews

Holli Wilson
This was a great book. I will reread it several times. Well written, with a great story line. Its not one of those types of book that start slow. You get sucked in from the first page. I'm looking forward to more book from Lee Thompson.

I bought this book last month and have kept it in my car so that I can read it at lunch time.
Well it made it into the house a couple of times because I could not wait for another day to continue reading.
This book builds slowly. But once you get into the meat of the storyline it sucks you in fast. (no pun intended).
The way the author gets to the plot, creating situations and keeping you tied up it amazing.
For a first book, this author has nailed it.
I am now waiting impati

Lee Thompson... has given us another example of an enjoyable novel — the sort commonly described as a “page-turner,”

So yes, he published it himself via Create Space.

But guess what?

It’s really good.

Little did I expect Thompson to introduce and ably link multiple stories.

Jeremy¿s Kiss was very potent!! Yes it is another vampire story

Jeremy’s Kiss was very potent!! Yes it is another vampire story but put’s a new insight into the
interpretation of a vampire’s life. Are there other paranormal characters as well? Read it and
    discover for yourself.

Natalie had gotten out of the Air Force to finish her degree and to begin in her chosen field.
She knew nobody in the area except for one classmate who befriended her.  They both were in t
heir final semester.   Jeremy never pressured her for more than friendship.

Lilith was only a young teenager when she met Li’l Mo, her boyfriend’s uncle. He allowed her to
stay temporarily at his place…that is until she was no longer able to stay.

The author has a few different situations occurring in this book, yet , he has titled each section in a
way it is not at all difficult to follow.  Therefore, the story steadily moves forward, never dragging.
It is quite well written and descriptive with only a very few grammatical errors.

There are several more key characters involve in the events which unfold.  The are well defined and
the reader gets a sense of knowing them.  The surrounding scenes are fairly well defined, as well.
However, the familial situation pertaining to Natalie is slightly confusing and vague. Is she really all
that close to her family or not?  If so, what are their reactions to her absence? Do they keep in touch,
    etc.?

The book cover is way to fake! The girl appears to have gotten her teeth from a dollar store.

This would be an OK book for all YA except for some sexual situations. There is no explicit sex but
definite details.  A college age YA would probably be OK in reading it.

All in all, I give it a solid Four Stars rating. It was well-written.
This book was sent to me by the author for an honest review, of which I have given.
