Its Clear that this is NOT the Deer Burger Cookbook!

A very poorly written book. My husband was very disopointed when he attempted to try some of these recipes. The sad part was this was a gift to us from friends that thought it was Deer Burger Cookbook. Because this book has "Jerky" on the cover they thought wrong. From one hunter to another, do not get the books mixed up.
