    Could Be a Movie Script

The descriptions of Jesse James' adventures, as his son calls them, reads like the script for the old Tyrone Power-Henry Fonda movie from 20th Century Fox JESSE JAMES. The account tells the view of Jesse and Quantril's Raiders from both the Southern prospective and that of a loving son who was 7 years old when his father was shot in the back by the Ford Brothers. Except for a quick mention Jesse's older brother Frank is nowhere to be seen. The last third of this work is about the trial of Jesse James for Train Robbery. However, it is not Jesse James the famous Outlaw, but the author his son. I will not tell you about it, but it also makes great reading. I find first hand books told in the first person really give one a feeling of the period covered. This Free E-Book would be worth paying for and as I said if you enjoy the mythology of the James Gang you will find this work terrific.
