Meet the Author

Jamie Horn Preyer is a screenwriter who lives in Round Rock, Tx. She has four beautiful children and four wonderful grandchildren. Jamie grew up in West Texas with 7 sisters and 1 brother.

This book is an adaptation of a screenplay that she wrote in honor of her son's pet snake after she accidentally sent it to the great beyond.

    Great book. My son loved it.

    My son is a big reader. He said that this was his favorite book of all time. He loved the story and said that the characters grabbed him. I heard him laugh several times while he read it. He said the book was sad, but was thrilled with the happy ending.
