Meet the Author

Born in Jamaica and raised in New York, Conrad Powell attended the prestigious Kennedy-King first grade school. Then... Oh I'm sorry you want the faster version. I see. Fast forward shall we.Conrad enrolled at Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut where he studied everything but English. He's sorry for that now. Wes has a great English Department. He was apparently bright enough to get into law school and graduated from Howard University School of Law. While his friends graduated with cum laude, he in fact graduated with a "thank you laude" (thanking the Lord that he actually graduated.)He started writing his first novel "Bank Job" in 2007 which became the John Start Detective Series. He has since signed a 7 book deal with a major publisher. No he didn't. He is just lying. But his Vampire and Angel novel "Descend" has recently been optioned for a major motion picture. No it hasn't. Again, he's lying. You have to watch him. I think that is why he became a writer so he could make money lying.Conrad started the Assurance Trilogy in 2011. That is actually in fact true. He enjoys writing Serials and short stories. That also is true. He is working on voicing his own audiobooks. Again, true. Apparently he is a pretty good speaker. On August 5, 2012, while walking on the street, he was beamed aboard an antigravity spaceship where the Greys and the Annunakis dictated to him 8 novels then returned him to earth. That is true. And if you believe that, I own a nice bridge between Brooklyn and Manhattan that I would like to sell to you currently at a reduced price. He writes non-fiction but only to satisfy his lawyer friends that he does something with his law training. When he is not lying...er I mean writing, he finds time to be a dad (that is in fact true), play cut throat Monopoly and tweet more lies. He is available for Monopoly tournaments online anywhere, anytime. The end. That is in fact true.
