Meet the Author

A former Vietnam veteran and police officer from Texas, John H. Edwards has always been a devout Christian and aspiring writer. After many years of teaching high school law enforcement courses, John discovered a large malignant tumor inside his left lung. The difficult chemotherapy forced his early retirement from education but began his foray into the field of historical fiction. Inspired by God, his first novel, Jesus Killer: A Centurion’s Mission is the story of the Roman centurion who said, “Surely, this was the Son of God.” Though his battle with cancer continues, John's faith, family, friends, and determination have helped him to realize that God is not finished with him yet!
