Overview

In Jesus, the One and Only, Beth Moore introduces you to an intimate God in an up-close and personal portrait of the life of Jesus the Messiah.

This is far more than just a work on the life of Christ. Jesus, the One and Only is a romance, and you are invited to become part of it. As He has done in the past, God will use Beth's words to woo you into falling in love with Jesus of Nazareth.

Come to know Christ personally. Watch and listen as He breaks up a funeral by raising the dead, confronts conniving religious leaders of His day, teaches on a Galilean hillside, or walks on the waves and calms the storm. Like a ragtag band of followers nearly two thousand years ago, you will not be the same.

I've read several Beth Moore books, participated in her Bible study groups, and attended a live service with her. Words cannot explain the impact she has had on my life. Everything she does is of high quality. She has the gift of being inspirational, but she also knows how to teach the material. It is clearly evident that she spends much time researching what goes into her books and materials. I truly believe she is one of God's servants sent to inspire and teach!

I am reading this book together with a group of other people. It gives you hope in a crazy world to know that God loves you. Great book.

This book is rated "young adults". I have no idea why. This book is for all adults. It's a challenging workbook, to learn your Bible and get to know your Savior. Each chapter goes in depth into learning about Jesus and how he lived and how he influences our lives. This book is best used the the parallel DVD series, also by Beth Moore.
