Meet the Author

Bill Sloan is a Pulitzer Prize nominee and veteran Dallas newspaperman who has authored more than a dozen books and has covered many of the major events and personalities of the 20th century during his robust career.

Now deceased, Jean Hill was a Dallas schoolteacher. One of the closest witnesses to the assassination of President Kennedy, she was only feet away from the presidential limousine and she later gave her highly controversial testimony before the Warren Commission.
