Meet the Author

Herb F. Pandiscio was superintendent of Schools in Avon, Connecticut for 25 years before taking an early retirement. Shortly thereafter he formed Herbert William Consulting Inc., an administrative search firm specializing in identifying and hiring school superintendents, central office employees, and school administrators.
