    Don't buy this book

i havent really read very much of this book because the publisher has done such a poor job of putting it together that it is nearly unreadable. Softbound doesn't really describe how cheap the covers are. they are a little thicker than the regular book pages, but not much. it will probably not survive being read through more than once.
the print is small. like, get a magnifying glass small. and it is printed on regular 8 1/2 x11 inch paper with no column divisions.
it is one of the most unatractive books i have tried to read in a long time. the publisher has made no effort to make the book readable.
this book is old enough that it is public domain. save time and get a better quality product by just downloading it for free and printing it out on your home computer.
