Ciji Ware's book, JOINT CUSTODY AFTER DIVORCE, is a well -written, well-organized, and comprehensive view of all aspects of joint custody. She mixes in compelling stories, including her own, with practical guidelines on how to make shared parenting work--on how to shift from marriage partners to partners in parenting, "Negotiate, don't litigate!". A must-read for anyone with children considering or going through a divorce.

This book has really helped me navigate a situation that I thought would be overwhelming.. I now have a plan on how I can share parenting with the least amount of drama. Really enlightening for me and plan on giving to my ex in the hopes that he will also embrace the change.
