CIJI WARE is a bestselling nonfiction writer, historical novelist, an Emmy-award winning television producer, reporter, commentator and public speaker. A joint custody mother herself, she originally wrote on this subject in a magazine article "Joint Custody: One Way to End the War," that was expanded into the book published by Viking Press under the title "SHARED PARENTING AFTER DIVORCE." In 2011 she revised, updated, and expanded the work significantly and e-published it in 2012 as "JOINT CUSTODY AFTER DIVORCE." Her other nonfiction fiction work, "RIGHTSIZING YOUR LIFE: Simplifying Your Surroundings While Keeping What Matters Most" was named by the Wall Street Journal in 2007 as "One of the Top 5 Books on Retirement Issues" Ware has won numerous awards for her six works of historical fiction, including the Dorothy Parker Award of Excellence; the 'Golden Quill' award for Historical Fiction;'Best Fictionalized Biography' for "ISLAND OF THE SWANS" and 'Best Historical Novel nomination for "WICKED COMPANY" from Romantic Times magazine.
