Read an Excerpt

Hey! Welcome to Issue #3! If you don't already know us from Issues #1 and #2, we're Jon Doe & Jayne Doe (no relation, just good friends). We represent people like you who want to be heard LOUD & CLEAR.

In Issue #1, we made some new friends and 'got' the guy or girl to notice us (hopefully). Then, in Issue #2, we threw an awesome party (or went to one)—and everybody got home all in one piece. Whew! Now it's time to talk about that thing that seems to take up most of our time. School! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. It's not that bad. Really. In fact, you might even think school is cool. (Well, at least it's got all the letters for 'cool.')

Welcome to Our World

They (whoever they are) came up with the idea of school to prepare us for the future (a big ol' 'F'), but it's the present we gotta get through to get there. School can be fun, scary, exciting, boring, hard, easy—you name it. School can be just about anything to different people. And different parts of it can make us feel a bunch of different ways. What's it to you?

Lots of people had lots to say for this issue. And, of course, we've got our own stuff to say. Whatever. We just hope this issue helps all of us make it through our school 'daze' academically, socially, and physically. So, let's do it....

The '7F World'

We live in a world of 7Fs friends, fun, fights, family, feelings, fashion, and flirting. It s probably a lot like your world. We have concerns about the future (another F !) and about getting by in school (no F for that) and in social situations. It s not always easy, and sometimes it s really tough. But we all seem to get thru it somehow.

We want to know what you and people like you have to say. Sharing our feelings on different subjects can help us make sense of this 7F world.

Be Heard. Be Yourself.
