    Highly Recommended

I disagree with the comments written in the previous review. It is FAR from Bull. There is plenty of research that supports what Dr. Joe has written is this book. I have met many people from different cities who have given testimonies about their weight loss from blood type diets that Dr. Joe discusses as well as the remarkable recoveries made after years of suffering from different types of illness and/or disease. Coincidence?? NOT LIKELY. Your opinion is your opinion, but facts are facts.

    Pure Bulls***!

This book and the eat right 4 your type have no demographic studies or proof to back it up. Example-most unmixed-with-white American Blacks and Native Americans have type O positive blood. According to this, eating a lot of red meat would be perfect for that bloodtype. Well, actually most of the community IS eating a lot of red meat; but they are getting anything BUT healthy or thin from that diet. Also, a heavy amount of red meat triggers elevated purines and gout; which are also huge health problems in the community right now. Instead, read Afrikan Holistic Health and Back to Eden and ignore these 4 your type books if you want any health in your life.
