This book is great! It's inspirational and is easy to follow. Great for anyone who wants to persue more creative outlets but life seems to be too busy and get in the way and needs a little guidance/inspiration. Great to browse through and escape into.

I thought this was an excellent book into the process of artistic journaling. Trout offers concise and realistic actions to take to begin journaling. There are also very easy techniques that can be accomplished by anyone. This is a book on creating your own art rather than duplicating a specific project.
