Just how far will a woman go to get revenge?

Silent Revenge is a dramatic page-turner with a range of emotions. How far will a poor girl, raised in a North Georgia mill town, go to get revenge against her snobbish mother-in-law?

Is it really revenge or is it justice?

Young Sarah suffers the loss of everyone she has ever loved and is left to live with neighbors and an employer, never having a home of her own. Shes sure all the struggling and heartbreak is over when she and Alan Meade elope right before he goes off to WWII. Her beloved Alan returns in a flag-draped casket, and Sarah is left with an infant that her wealthy mother-in-law refuses to accept as her grandson.

Alone and homeless once again, Sarah has to dig deep inside herself to find the strength and courage that will change her life. With money she inherits from an employer, Sarah furthers her education and becomes a respected member of society, but the method she chooses to get revenge against her hateful mother-in-law reflects a whole other side of Sarah. She takes the chance of losing Carl, a prominent attorney who adores her and her young son, but she carries out her revenge to the bitter end.

A touching and moving story, Silent Revenge is the debut offering of Glenda Ivey.

About the Author:
Glenda Ivey was born and raised in Rome, Georgia, a picturesque town of 35,000 nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains 70 miles north of Atlanta.

She is extremely driven, ambitious and naturally intense, and proof of that is the many challenges Glenda has chosen to pursue. Previously, she put most of her time and energy into working and raising a family. Her working years included teaching dance to children, as well as instructing adults in the art of ballroom dancing. Glenda was also the owner and National Director of the Miss Dixie Darlin' Beauty Pageants. Years of working in real estate and property management called for extensive promotional research, developing marketing plans, as well as the strategic planning process of business growth and privately owned organizations.

Glenda now makes her home in Jacksonville, Florida, with her greatest fan, her husband, Jake, and his greatest fan, Rusty, the 8 lb. Poodle.
