Best Book I've read to date.

Gives a great over view of the History, Art, Science, and Sport of Judo. Along with top quality photos that are easy to follow. This book gives you shoulder and Hip throws, Leg sweeps, Grappeling Techniques, Submissions, and counter techniques to each. Very well put together.

    A reviewer

This book is a fantastic resource for a beginning or intermediate Judo player. It's well organized, clearly written, and the photo's are top notch. It's a much better read than many of the older Judo publications out there, and well worth the $
