    Great book!

    I like Steve's writing style. Some books are difficult for me to get into, but I really like this book. I'm now on my 4th day of my longest juice fast ever. This book is showing me how to juice fast. It's like a handbook to me. There's lots of very useful info in this book. I'm getting one of Steve's other books 'Food Combining and Digestion' too, and will have that in a few days. Juice fasting is a very valuable tool that we all can do to clear our bodies of years of stored toxins. The body is an amazing machine. Fasting is a great way to fine tune, detox, and balance that machine.

    Seriously great book

    Wow! This book is great on a variety of levels. I go back to it often and read it whenever I juice fast. The benefits are endless, from weight-loss to clarity, it also allowed me to re-evaluate my relationship with food. Its worth every penny. If you have never juice fasted before and are thinking about trying it for any reason READ THIS BOOK it is both enlightening and extremely motivational.

    It was ok

    It had some good info, but the recipes were the same as every other juicer book out there. Nothing great here

    If everyone would follow this book, there would be much less illness in the world

    This book is a great complement to any juicer. I have lost weight, but the best thing is that I am doing something nice for my body and I feel healthy.
    My mother also has the book and began juicing and brought her immune level, which was previously low, to an acceptable level.

    This food could be called Miracle Juice, too

    I started a fasting diet, and plan to restart one after I get a juicer and a better blender as my daughter and I have become so accustomed to eating fresh we notice a lot when juice is bottled. During Evangelism School, some modern miraculous health changes were mentioned for some that took fasting seriously. One older man not only became more fit, his white hair turned dark again with no white or grey. Earlier I had thought fasting always meant not even water, and couldn't figure out how that could be beneficial. This book shows how different fasts are good for different symptoms. It compliments what we learned about fasting on the spiritual side, Jesus would fast before going out to a special quiet garden for prayer and as his body was cleansed on the fasting diet, He couuld hear God most clearly. I noticed that the original ancestories from those that are enlightened by God to lead us morally were brought to Eden, the shores of the River Jordon and other places with a unique variety of consumable agriculture and God keeps calling us to such regions, but sin like enslavement in Egypt and other challenges make it very challenging to get back to where God wants us to be.

    Anyway, it all makes sense as when we take care of our body as the divine temple, including fasting to cleanse it, then, we're most able to have clear perspective spiritually, too. Optimizing the mind, body and spirit, go hand and hand.

    The book just goes into the way to make the recipes and what they can cure.
