I was so looking forward to getting this book. Have recently purchased a new juicer and wanted some new recipes. But almost all of the recipes in this book include 1/4 cup of Maple Syrup! What's that all about? I've never heard of putting sweeteners of any kind in natural juice! Fruit have their own natural sweeteners and don't need Maple Syrup added. I haven't made even one of the recipes in this book. I can't recommend this book and wish I'd not bought it. A waste of money!
Thank you so much for teachine me the right way to juice for optimal health. I follow your guidelines for my whole family. I have seen improvements in my children in terms of positive energy levels, concentration, and overall well-being. Wonderful, easy to follow recipes. And very tasty.
This book is great! It is the real deal when it comes to juicing and information about food, nutrition and health. Most Juice books give incorrect information about food combining but this one is on point! I know, i'm a doctor. Get this one & buy one for someone you want to live and be healthy.
