Tucson Citizen - Larry Cox
Because experts recommend that we get a "daily 8," namely five servings of vegetables and three servings of fresh fruit daily, Crocker's recipes will make that task easier, especially if there are finicky children in the house.
Best Health Magazine - Kat Tancock
Its 350 recipes for juices, smoothies and more, including 16 pages of colour photos, make this book an inspiring juicing resource. The ingredient guide is cross-referenced with the recipes, making it easy to work with what you have. And the ailment section suggests healing drinks to help specific conditions.

For many years, nutritionists have urged people to eat more fruits and vegetables because they are low in fat and are important sources of vitamins and minerals. In this helpful book, you will find the nutritive values and healing properties of over 185 fruits, vegetables and herbs. There is also a special section that addresses over 80 common health conditions with prescriptive advice using specific juices, along with over 250 juicing recipes. These include both fruit and vegetable juices: for example, Cherry Sunrise, Watermelon Strawberry, Orange Zinger, Apple-Beet-Pear Spiced Carrot, and Tomato Tang. A special section includes "roughies," made with the pulp from juicing: e.g., Apple Rice Pudding, Papaya Marinade. A large section features recipes for smoothies: Cherries Jubilee, Frozen Fruit Slurry, Mango Madness, and Taste of the Tropics. Absolutely wonderful!

I bought my first juicer and this book. I cannot say enough good things about it! I have read it cover to cover- TWICE! Plus I still read certain sections over again. It is the only book on juicing you will ever need!

    Truly the juicing bible

This book is a must have for anyone interested in juicing or that is already into juicing. The book is a reference that I constantly refer back to over and over again. I have shared it with family and friends and even motivated a few to buy the book for their own collection.

    Juicing for Health

This is an excellent book for the intermediate to the advance juicer. The book also explains how to make herbal teas and smoothies. I was a bit overwhelmed with its wealth of information at first, but I highly recommend the The Juicing Bible.
