    Comprehensive and Informative

    I first read this book after purchasing a juicer but purchased it for my library prior to entering a spring fast. Calbom includes plenty of accessible scientific and nutritional information and no-nonsense advice. I get more out of my juicer now and was not surprised by anything during my ten-day fast. It also has a section on purchasing the right juicer, so consider reading it before you shop.

    Ended up purchasing the right juicer for me, after reading the book. I've seen some weight loss. The recipes and advice on quick prep for juicing in the mornings helped. Educational and easy to apply for the "on the move person."
