The new trend is healthy beverages and this book allows us to create fantastic, delicious drinks, without all the sugar and preservatives. This is a new strategy to make homemade juice that taste amazing  and make you feel great. I'm ready to make all the different juices with fruits and vegetables that can benefit my health.

An excellent book for the person looking to supplement their healthy lifestyle with menus, recipes, and programs to follow that help with not just simple daily annoyances of our bodies, but also for the most needy of health concerns without using chemical laden processes. Easy to read, knowledge filled book on a simple and delicious way to maintain your health.

My Niece asked for a Ninja juicer for Christmas two years ago and it's been sitting there gathering dust. When I started reading this book she and I decided to go ahead and dust that Ninja off and BAM! Now we are juicing like crazy. Then this past Fall for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur I decided to make my personal 'resolution' to get better control of my health as well as do a master cleanse to get started. Needless to say I have been doing well but once I got a hold of this book I was really owning the taking care of me part of my resolution.  I don't know that I would say I read it every day or that I even use it every day but this book is definitely handy to have around whenever my niece or I are looking to switch up the juice routine during a busy week.  NOTE: I received this book from Third Voice Marketing in exchange for an honest review.

Explains the health benefits of juicing while answering the question "Why juice?".  The section detailing different herbs, fruits and vegetables was very helpful. The section on juice cleansing was informative. It discusses how to prepare for a cleanse and not just dive in. There are also some sample plans for cleanse.  Everyone can find a recipe of interest in this book! Juicing to increase your mood? It's there! Overall, "Juicing for Health" is well written and contains great information if you have an interest in juicing and care about your health.

This is an incredible book if you’re looking for information about how juicing is related to your physical and mental well being. The book covers the basics of juicing, including benefits and how to do it. It also includes recipes for juices that help with everything from general health and wellness to disease prevention and weight loss. I never realized how much fruit and vegetables juices can help with every day health.

 I recently got a new juicer from a friend, and have loved using it. But the manual that came with it only has 4 recipes, and I wanted to learn more about the health aspects of juicing, which is why I ordered this book. It comes with 81 great and easy recipes, plus 3 and 7 day juice cleanse plans. It's full of great information about the health benefits of juicing, and what vegetables and fruits go best together, and all kinds of tips on how to juice successfully. It's the perfect book for anyone who wants to start juicing and get healthier.

From which juicer is the best for your needs to some of the best juicing recipes I have seen, this book provides all the info that you need to begin juicing (or to add to your favorite juice recipes).  It includes info about juice cleanses/detoxes and how to purchase and prepare  your favorite fruits and veggies.  Whether you are a beginner or just looking for more juice recipes, this is a great book!

I have never tried juicing before, but after checking out this book, I may have to go out and buy a juicer to try these recipes. This book has 76 juicing recipes, that seem relatively easy to make for just about anyone. It promotes weight loss and detoxing your body, which is something that I would love to try out, considering that I'm about to have a baby, and would love to lose the baby weight in a healthy way. This book also gives you so many tips on the perfect ingredients, along with how the ingredient works health-wise! If you're looking into losing weight, you should definitely check out this book!

I hear a lot about juicing these days, and I honestly thought it was a fad, until I read this book. There are so many health benefits to juicing, I had no idea. This book goes on to tell you which fruits and vegetables to juice to help stop cancer growth or prevent it all together. That in and of itself is pretty amazing. It puts everything in simple terms so anyone can start juicing for better health.

I am a juicer and have been for a little over a year, but was impressed with the content of this book as I discovered many new recipes and ingredients that could be used to detox and for overall health. This is a good read for not only the beginning juicer but also those who have been juicing for some time.

Each chapter covers a different health issue and gives you recipes that will help you with that specific issue. The beginning of the book discusses what juicing is and what the benefits are.Once you get into the "juice" of the book (<----see what I did there?) you will have chapters based on specific health ailments, immunity boosters, weight loss, disease prevention, energy, and beauty enhancement. I like the way that the book is laid out as well as the recipes!

I love this book and I love juicing so this was a win, win for me! lots of recipes to choose from too. But, I loved the way this book was set up, with lots of information such as, what combination of fruit and veggie are best, which nutrients the body needs and when, and what to juice to eliminate toxins. I'm telling you its packed with essentials that you might not think about prior to a juicing lifestyle. did you know when detoxing you can have some side effects the first few days; and if you’re taking meds, juicing may not be right for you if need to take it with fiber-based foods to release the medicine. It talks about juicing’s true purpose: to give the body a break from the hard work of digesting solid foods. This is truly a fabulous book! **I received this book to read and review and this review is 100% my own opinion!!

Juicing is a big thing in eating/drinking healthy right now. A lot of us could use more fruits and vegetables in their diet. I know I can. Juicing is a very simply way to do that.  There is more to juicing though than just extracting the juice from your food. Not all foods taste good when juiced. A lot of people like to mix and match foods for juicing and you have to be careful with what you mix together or it will be inedible. This book is a great resource for beginners. I love how the book tells you the health benefits of many fruits and vegetables. Remember before you start any kind of new diet to contact your doctor first.

This is a great book on juicing for health benefits. I found it was full of great information to get people started with juicing or learning different combinations to help benefit our health. I love the recipes of course but the section that explains all the fruits & veggies with their benefits to our health and their vitamins/nutrients was a great resource. I would highly recommend this book if you are thinking about juicing to improve your health. I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Juicing for Health is a great book for anyone that wants to get healthy and add more fresh foods to their diets. Being diagnosed with a few chronic illnesses, I was amazed and excited when I learned that there are certain foods that help to treat certain ailments.  I love how this book gives you not only recipes but also other lists other  Ingredients you can add specific for your ailment if you want to change the taste or even switch out ingredients.

I loved reading this book.I have learned that juicing is good for my health and i cant wait to try my first juice drink tomorrow.I learned that juicing has so many health benefits and I actually plan on starting a cleanse maybe next week.It has a lot of good information and I really loved reading chapter 5.

I started juicing after turning 40 because I hated taking vitamins and supplements, they made me queasy; juicing gives me a delicious way to get my needed vitamins and nutrients without that feeling pills give me. The recipes in this text is so easy to follow and the ingredients are not exotic or hard to source. I used to think juicing was for health nuts, I’m far from a heath nut but I’m hooked.

“Juicing for Health” is great for beginners as well as juicing “pros” because it contains not only recipes, but nutritional information of produce and the types of ailments they alleviate as well.  The introduction starts with essential questions the reader should ask themselves before buying a juicer, and encourages the reader to take it slow and not to overwhelm themselves for fear that they may never try to make their own juice again.  Coming from personal experience, this is great advice, and I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in juicing.

This book is extremely well organized, listing out benefits of juicing, tips for juicing and for purchasing a juicer, and giving different recipes that will benefit those who are interested in juicing. Each recipe provided has different health benefits, which will benefit those looking for specific improvements in their health. Overall, great info for those interested in starting juicing.

I would recommend this book if you want to get the basics of juicing, from choosing a juicer to the endless supply of combinations of fruits and vegetables you can do. There is also a section on detox/cleansing, which is interesting, but I haven’t tried that yet… maybe soon! If nothing else, it has tons of ideas for tasty juice drinks in combinations that are really creative and are supposed to be really healthy!

Informative On Juicing but Prevention Claims Questionable Juicing for Health does a good job at explaining what juicing is, the different types of juicing regimens, as well as guidelines for purchasing a juicer that fits your needs. The 81 juicing recipes include recommended solutions for improving libido, mental alertness, energy, digestion, and easing inflammation.   The problem I ran into with Juicing for Health are the prevention claims.  For example, the author(s) refers to a number of fruits and vegetables that “prevent” Alzheimer’s.  From The Alzheimer’s Association:  “Can Alzheimer's be prevented? . . .There are no clear-cut answers yet.”  For me, these exaggerated claims cast doubt on the credibility of additional claims made throughout the eBook.

The recipes in the book would be helpful to those who are looking for a way to get more veggies and fruit into their diets because they don't enjoy eating them whole.  I didn't find any strong case for juicing over blending in this book, but think the recipes could be helpful for either juicing or blending.

This book is a must read for anyone who is interested in the health and nutritional benefits of juicing. Packed with information on health and wellness as well as a number of easy to follow recipes, this book give you all the information you need to get started. This book will help you select the proper juicer or blender and give you an overview of the health benefits of a number of different fruits and vegetables. If you are looking for an easy to follow guide this is definitely the book for you.

Reading Juicing was very informative to me, as I never knew that the benefits of this increasingly popular practice include improved immune health, a healthier digestive system, improved cognition and energy levels, and protection against many long-term diseases. The book is a useful introduction to the benefits of juicing, how to do it, how to buy a juicer based on your needs, what nutrients different foods have, etc. The majority of the book is actually just different recipes (or fruit/veggie combinations) to meet different needs, whether you’re looking to detox your system, get more energy, or protect yourself from cancer/disease.

Juicing for Health is a great find because it advises newbie juicers like myself on what to expect when juicing for the first time. It offers 3-day juice cleanses and a 7-day detox challenge. Furthermore, it provides tips for a system-wide detox or for a particular organ detox.  I was really surprised by all the different recipes for common complaints that juices can remedy and am especially interested in the recipes to combat fatigue and the one for achy breaky muscles.
