    Great insight using life experience stories

    Fast moving, kept my attention. I tend to remember advice/guidance better when told via a story. This book did an excellent job.

    For the beach

    An excellent book to dig your toes into the sand, listen to the waves and read. It is easy reading but certainly makes you think about better ways to navigate life, even when making even every day decisions - very practical and insightful. I loved it so much I read it twice then shared it with a friend. Thanks for the inspiration Fred!

    Rich stories that enrich your life

    One of the keys to a good book is the 'sticky' factor. This book has that in spades. The theme is universal, catchy (pun intended) and timeless. The author puts just the right amount of detail which adds color and depth to his memoirs. You feel like you are along for the ride. This book will make you remember all the times you did jump out of your boat, and motivate you to jump some more.
