    I have never believed that such a simple exercise is able to del

    I have never believed that such a simple exercise is able to deliver some extraordinary results. As I enjoy workouts, I was effectively torturing my body with difficult exercises which were (supposedly) meant to give me the perfect fit.  Of course, I was reading about these exercises in crappy books, which are written by unprofessional writers.

    Luckily, I have been recommended to read ‘Jump Rope Workouts: Cardio fitness for increased stamina, lean muscle building and fat burning’. My first impression was that serious research has been invested in this book.

    Now, I have perfectly understood why jump rope workouts are so efficient when it comes to burning calories and building a perfect body.

    Furthermore, I am not torturing myself anymore with stupid exercises. Instead, I am taking advantage of a very pleasant, classic but still proficient workout.
