This book gives you concrete ways to think more creatively and come up with new thoughts on mind numbing problems. For instance Halls advice that brainstorming isn't that effective and that you only have a 13% chance of coming up with a big idea is liberating because how many stupid "brainstorming" sessions have we all sat in on knowing that they really were not going anywhere? I also love the inside scoop he gives about how the big companies look at products and how they stumble through the process.
