Self-help books that require you to write in them should state that in the description so you don't buy the nook version. Also, I believe that self-help is just that, so if your book requires me to get my friends involved, that should be stated up front too. Obviously, the writer was terribly affected by her divorce. But she refers back to that constantly rather than giving better examples of how she moved on and how each step helped her progress, or how such action would help the reader.

I am really enjoying this book and learing a lot from it! Only problem is it seems to have missing pages and pages cut short.

I found this book by meeting Nancy at a Dr. Wayne Dyer Workshop. She is the real deal--and she really connects with you in this book. If you are going through issues in your life, this book will help you take the steps to get through them one by one and then jump into your new life!!! It's heart-warming and a great read!!!
