This book really makes amazing cheesecakes. I have made 100's of cheesecake trying to perfect the perfect one and this book really takes the cake! All of its tips and hints are very helpful but it is important to read the recipes instructions before starting because for anyone who knows hows to make an amazing cheesecake it takes time and all the cheesecakes in this book take a few hours but in the end it is worth it. If you are justing baking for fun or baking for someone special these cheesecakes will blow anyone away! Good luck!
I have a passion for making cheesecakes because of this book. I have tried several of them, and each one has been more delicious than the last. All the tips given inside the book, including the troubleshooting section are important to review before starting a recipe in order to guarantee a beautiful cake.
The one innovation I made is to place the water bath on the bottom of the oven; if you sit your pan IN it, it keeps the cake from baking
