I bought this book on a clearance table. I can't beleive it's not a best seller. I needed a boost into January to get my diet going. First, the book has a layflat binding which makes cooking a breeze. Second, there are beautiful photos for each recipe. Third, there aren't any hard to find ingredients. The meals taste great! Even my husband raved about them. Many are UNDER 100 calories. I like this, because even if I make a pig out of myself and eat the entire prepared recipe, I can still recover. The meals fill you up. I'm vegetarian, my hubby's a carnivore. We both love it. Not much for Vegans, because they use lots of egg whites in the recipes. The deserts are to die for!

since i am in a constant struggle with weight an food this book has helped in so far that having something very tasty and satisfying to eat and you know how many calories it is since i am a calorie counter even if i go over i know how many calories it has been and this book as very helpful for i have tried some new types of food
