    One of My Favorite Cookbooks!

I was given this cookbook as a gift and have used it over and over again, trying almost all of the recipes. Every one is delicious and simple! The soups are fabulous and a staple at our home during the winter months (Stuffed Spud Soup is killer!!) The desserts are excellent, too - especially the easy apple crisp!! This must be a revised edition as the cover of mine says "Among Friends - Just a Matter of Thyme" and I received it in early 2000.
