This is a collection for fans of Translator, Altered Images, the Members, Magazine, the Motors, and Phil Seymour -- or at least listeners who recognize some of those names. That's not a detriment, because all of the above plus many of the other artists on the collection not mentioned contribute really good songs and, best of all, this is one of the volumes of Just Can't Get Enough that doesn't have novelties, but this is still the province of people who really love new wave.
