How to successfully manage any project while eliminating bureaucracy and red tape

The project-driven approach has proven its value, leading to spectacular results—projects delivered faster and at a more reasonable cost than ever before. It's Just Enough!!!

An awesome primer!! I read the book in one afternoon and immediately started putting its how-to techniques to use. Since my initial reading, I have carried the book in my backpack as a ready reference. As a layman project manager, I have been able to discuss with certified project managers relevant approaches for planning work activities, controlling the activities, managing change and risk, and communicating with your team.

    Very useful and practical

Quite like the way Cook's put the book together. Not too much time spent on dabbling in deep insight into the obvious about management. A very practical work, I found the worksheets and suggestions useful immediately. Also appreciated the generic value of the book - I do have a great deal of different projects going and find it is an almost same-size-fits all.
