I love, love, loved this book!  I loved all the characters and how the story was told without dragging things out or moving too fast.  I didn't want the book to end.  Great job Stacey Lynn!

Absolutely amazing that this is Stacey's first novel!  How does she do it with four young children?!  Her future is in her hands as she writes so well and the story just flows!

(3.25 stars) This was one of those hard to rate/write reviews. I loved the storyline, I connected with the characters and am looking forward to the rest of the series but the book was in desperate need of a good edit. I felt like I was constantly rereading sentences because words were jumbled or missing. That is the only reason for my rating. I wanted to rate it higher but compared to other books I couldn't overlook the grammatical errors. Setting that aside, it was a good debut novel and I am looking forward to reading more of her work. I will still recommend JOS because I adore Nicole & Zack. Watching Zack bring Nicole back to life after her devastating loss was beautiful. Watching her connect her new life to her old was an inspiration to those who thought they would never love again.

Good book. A few minor editing errors but overall good story. Nicole was a heart broken woman... but she wasn't whiny or irritating. I thought her character was written well. I liked that the supporting characters were well developed as well. I liked the setup for the next book yet the closure if one chooses not to read it right away!
