    Easiest diet/lifestyle to follow!

Great book! I've been eating clean and counting my calories for a week and have lost 3.2lbs so far! This diet could not be any simpler and Tosca Reno lays out all the ground rules in this book to eating clean. I read this book in one sitting. Very easy to read and understand. She does not make clean eating difficult or unachievable. However, I wish this book was cheaper as there are only 110 pages and it costs $10?? Other than that, this book is great for understanding what clean eating is all about!

    Not Worth It

This book was no more than rehashing what is out in the diet industry in the programs, internet, books, etc. It included outdated information on eggs which she said to eat mainly whites which does not have the nutrition of the yolk. Definitely not worth the money I spent on it. Doesn't even warrent a 1/2 star! I agree with another review that she put too many of her pictures in the book. Who really cares what she looks like.

I'm not sure if I am more offended by the air-headese language this book is written in, or the constant narcissistic glamour shots of the author. I also don't like the faddy diet tips, like taking vinegar or flaxseed. I'm sure they are great nutritionally, but I want to just eat food, not worry about crazy extras. There are many good ideas, don't get me wrong, but if you want a serious book, go with Michael Pollan's "Food Rules".
